In case of any discrepancies in the documents, Transfer Officer will ask the Seller for rectification and completion of documents |
On transfer day, both Seller and Purchaser or nominee along with concerned property dealers will remain present in Transfer Office |
Checking of Original CNICs |
Seller and Purchaser to sign and affix their thumb impressions on Transfer Register |
Seller and Purchaser while doing so, will be photographed along with their property dealer
(if any). The Photograph will be made part of the record / file |
Cancellation of Original Allocation / Allotment / Intimation Letter (s) by the Transfer Officer |
Handling over of Transfer Receipt to both Seller and Buyer for their record |
Transfer Office will give a specific date (within 30 days) for collection of Allocation / Allotment / Intimation Letter (s) |
On given date, the Purchaser will visit DHA Peshawar Transfer Office in person, hand over the transfer receipt and collect his Allocation / Allotment / Intimation Letter (s) |
