Documents, on completion, to be submitted by the seller / nominee to the Transfer Officer along with the following

a) No Demand Certificate (NDC)
|
| b) Bank receipts of all payments |
|
c) Copies of valid CNICs of Seller, Purchaser and his Next of Kin (NOK)
|
| d) Two recent photographs of Purchaser |
| e) Tax receipts |
| Transfer officer to check the documents for correction and completion and if found correct and complete, to give a date for the transfer |
| In case of any shortcomings in the documents, Transfer Officer to convey by endorsing his observations on the documents and hand over the same to Seller for rectification |
| On transfer date, both Seller and Purchaser or nominee along with concerned Property Dealer is required to be present in Transfer Office |
| Original CNICs to be checked |
| Seller and Purchaser to sign Transfer Register and affix their thumb impressions |
| Seller and Purchaser, while doing so, will be photographed along with their property dealer (if any). The Photograph will be made part of the record / file |
| Original Allocation / Allotment / Intimation Letter (s) to be cancelled by the Transfer Officer |
| Transfer Receipt to be given to the Seller, who will hand over the same to Purchaser after receiving his payment |
| Purchaser to apply to the Transfer Branch, DHAP for issuance of fresh Allocation /Allotment / Intimation Letter (s) within Thirty (30) days |
| Transfer Branch to give a specific date within 15 days for collection of Allocation/ Allotment / Intimation Letter(s) |
| On the given date, The Purchaser to come in person, hand over the transfer receipt and collect fresh Allocation / Allotment / Intimation Letter (s), in his name as owner |
