Application Form for No Demand Certificate (NDC)
Photocopy of Allocation / Intimation / Allotment Letter (s)
Photocopy of valid CNICs of Seller and Buyer
Payment receipt of stamp duty
Paid FBR Taxes of Seller / Buyer (if applicable)
Payment Challan Voucher of Transfer / Membership Fee
Photocopy of valid CNIC of Authority Holder (if applicable)
Payment Challan Voucher at current rate
Photocopy of valid NOC of GHQ as per GHQ Policy
Photocopy of Allotment Letter of GHQ (Service Benefit Plots only), in case of Legal Heirs cases
Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA, in case of Hiba / Legal Heirs Cases
NOC required from Town Planning and Building Control (TP & BC) Branch for House & open possession plot

Obtain NDC Receipt
Submit the NDC application alongwith required documents at Finance Desk, Transfer Office
Clearance of outstanding dues (if any)
In case of House or Open Possession Plot, customer will coordinate with Town Planning and Building Control (TP & BC) Branch for Surveyor’s visit
Collection of NDC on given date from Finance Desk in Transfer Office
