Eligibility | Only those customers will be allowed to apply for NOC/NEC who have plots in sectors “opened for possession” and have cleared all dues (including future installments) |
Charges | Normal Fee Rs. 3,000/- (10 – 12 Working Days) Urgent Fee Rs. 8,000/- (02 Working Days) |

Issuance of NOC / NEC |
a) Finance Branch shall ensure dues are cleared by the customer and required complete documents are attached with application |

b) Finance Branch shall forward application to Transfer Branch along with required documents |
c) Transfer Branch after consultation with Legal Branch shall issue NOC / NEC |
d) NOC issued will have validity period of Six Months only |
Issuance of Lien Marking Certificate
Following criteria will be fulfilled by Loaning Agency (Bank) for Lien Marking of Plot in DHA Peshawar record |
a) Finance Branch shall ensure dues are cleared by the customer and required complete documents are attached with application |
b) Finance Branch shall forward application to Transfer Branch along with required documents |
c) Transfer Branch after consultation with Legal Branch shall issue NOC / NEC |
d) NOC issued will have validity period of Six Months only |
Original Allocation / Allotment Letter will be Stamped as “LIEN MARK” along with date stamp and caption “NON-TRANSFERABLE” after Lien Marking request from Bank |
File / Plot will be kept as “Blocked for Sale” |

Transfer Branch will intimate IT and Finance Branch for marking it as “Blocked for Sale” |

After completion of loan tenure / refund by customer respective Bank shall request to release cautioned on transfer of plot. After due verification and confirmation by Finance Department, caution on transfer of plot shall be removed and Subject Plot / File will be Marked as Cleared |
