Following parameters have been laid to deal with such cases:-
No land adjacent to DHA owned plots/properties will fall in category of Extra Land and hence will not be sold
If size of available piece of land adjacent to a plot is equivalent to or more than 50% of the size of that category plot, it will not be considered as Extra Land and same will be sold as a separate plot
Extra Land purchased by a client will be construct-able land (DHAP bylaws will apply). However, extra land cannot be sold separately
Extra Land if not required by the owner, will remain DHAP property
Market rate for sale of Extra Land will be determined by “Price Assessment Committee” of DHAP, separately for each piece of land
Applicable Rates:-
Extra Land/Oversize; 20% reduction in per marla market rate of the plot on that day
Trap Land; 60% of per marla market rate of the plot on that day
Under size; refund to the client as per market rate on that day
All cases of sale of Extra Land will be processed through TP&BC Branch
