Procedure for Transfer of Property as Gift (Hiba)

Doner to get Hiba (Affidavits) Transfer documents from Transfer Office
Property can be transferred as Gift (Hiba) to the blood relations such as Parents, Children, Spouse and Siblings subject to leviable Taxes / duties
a) Acceptance of Gift / HIBA
b) Zubani Bila Ewaz’ for Legal Heirs Who Have Attained Majority
c) Undertaking by the Doner for Taxes / Dues
d) Sale / Purchase agreement – DHAP Plot
Original Allocation / Intimation / Allotment Letter (s)
Photocopies of valid CNICs of both Donor and Doner, his / her Next of Kin (NOK) and Two (2) witnesses
Membership Fee of Doner
Membership Form along with Two passport size color photographs (blue background) of Doner
Transfer Fee Voucher
All Taxes Payment receipt (if applicable)
NOC(for Service Benefits Plot only) if applicable

Bring Transfer documents duly completed to DHA Peshawar Transfer Office to obtain Transfer date
Apply for No Demand Certificate(NDC)
Both Donor and Donee will come to Transfer Office in person for Transfer of Plot
Complete procedure of normal transfer will be followed by Transfer Office
Transfer Branch will endorse / receive the documents and issue receipt
Doner will bring the receipt and original CNIC on the given date to collect Allocation / Intimation / Allotment Letter (s) from Transfer Office
