|The Owner will submit an application requesting for Outstation Allocation / Transfer along with Medical Officer / Doctor’s Certificate clearly mentioning the medical reason for inability to travel.
|After approval by the Competent Authority, the Seller will adopt procedure mentioned in Regular Transfer Section.
|Allocation/Transfer will be executed at the station requested, expenses to be borne by seller.
|Purchaser’s transfer formalities will be carried out in DHA Office, Peshawar.
Standing Order for Representation of DHA Peshawar. Following documents / Stationary will be ensure by Director Transfer / Assistant Director transfer at the time of move of representative to out station.
