Charges Rs. 60,000 for 1000 Sq Yds (2 Kanal Res)
Rs. 25,000 for 500 Sq Yds (1 Kanal Res)
Rs. 15,000 for 250 Sq Yds (10 Marlas Res)
Rs. 10,000 for 200 Sq Yds (8 Marlas Res)
Rs. 8,000 for 125 Sq Yds (5 Marlas Res)
Rs.100,000 for 200 Sq Yds (8 Marlas Com)
Rs. 55,000 for 100 Sq Yds (4 Marlas Com)

Hiba Transfer Documents Set available at DHA Reception.
Original Allocation / Intimation / Allotment / Transfer Letter(s).
Copy of NIC of both Donor and Donee and 2x Witnesses (duly attested).
Membership Fee of Donee.
Membership form, along with 2x Passport size photographs (blue background) of donee (duly attested).
Transfer Fee.
Cantt Board Taxes. (if applicable).
Original Sale Deed along with affidavits of donor and donee, if plot is registered.
IT – 5 Form.
All Taxes Payment receipt (if applicable).

Apply for No Demand Certificate.
Customer will bring the Transfer Set, duly completed to the Customer Services Centre DHA Office, to obtain Transfer Appointment.
Both donor and Donee will visit Transfer Branch for Transfer.
Complete procedure of normal transfer will be followed by transfer branch. Donee will apply for Allocation Letter within 30 days of transfer.
Customer Service Centre will endorse/receive the documents and issue receipt.
Donee will bring the receipt and original NIC on the given date to collect the Allocation/Intimation Letter from Transfer Branch.

Urgent Transfer can be done after paying Urgent Transfer Fee with the approval of Director Transfer and Record on affidavit of Rs. 50/-.
Urgent Transfer fee is Rs. 35000/- in addition to the regular transfer fee.
Urgent Allocation / Intimation Letter Fee is Rs. 10,000/-.
